As a district our goal is always to increase learning by helping staff understand the meaning of 21st Century Skills.
Many of our staff were not familiar with 21 Century skills and what that meant in their classrooms, so we decided to focus on 21st Century skill base knowledge.
Unfortunately, our in-service plan did not play out the way we had hoped.........
Because of our new "iPad for learning" plan we are implementing the fall of 2011 our focus shifted to helping teachers understand how the iPad works, what the iPad can do for their classroom and how the iPad capabilities can benefit students.
